Frequency Flow 

A fluid, moderate vinyasa designed to help you move at your own rhythm. Expect a steady but slightly sweaty, breath-led flow that builds gentle heat whilst improving strength, mobility and coordination. This class is structured but adaptable, meaning you can dial things up or down depending on how your body feels that day. You'll leave feeling energised, aligned and back on your own frequency.

Strictly Roots

Our strongest and most disciplined practice. Strictly Roots will follow traditional Ashtanga sequencing. Linking breath with a powerful & dynamic sequence of postures that build heat, strength and stamina. Expect repetition, focus & a good sweat. This class takes us back to the roots of yoga & enables our practice to become a meditation in motion.

On Solid Ground

A slow, grounding practice designed to restore balance in the both the body and mind. Through longer held but more supported shapes and mindful breathing, this class encourages deep release & nervous system reset. It's the perfect antidote to busy weeks and tired bodies, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter and back on solid ground mentally and physically.
