Every client journey starts with a full consultation to discuss your goals, training history, lifestyle, and anything that may influence your plan. From there, we create a personalised program to meet your current level and long-term goals.

Pricing Information

Below is a guide to my standard personal training pricing, giving you an idea of the typical investment for working together. However, everyone’s goals, schedules, and training frequency are different. If you're looking for ongoing coaching, we can talk through what works best for you and create a structure that fits your lifestyle and training cadence. Single Session £60 Block of 6 Sessions £330 Block of 12 Sessions £660 Long-Term Training Commitment £50 per session for clients committing to 3 months or more of consistent training If you're planning to train regularly, we’ll talk through the best structure for you and tailor your training plan and pricing accordingly.

FAQs

Do I need to be a Bisham Abbey member?

No — you don’t need a membership to train with me. You’ll simply purchase a gym day pass when you arrive for your session.

Can you support women’s health goals?

Yes. My coaching approach is heavily informed by women’s health and physiology, meaning your training can be adapted around things like your menstrual cycle, life stage, energy levels, and long-term wellbeing

How long do block bookings last?

Blocks are designed to encourage consistency.

  • A 6 session block must be used within 7 weeks

  • A 12 session block must be used within 13 weeks

You’re welcome to train more than once per week if you’d like (for example two sessions per week).

I’m new to the gym. Is personal training suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. We’ll begin with the fundamentals, focusing on good movement patterns, technique, and building confidence.

What should I bring to a session?

Comfortable workout clothes, trainers, a water bottle, and a willingness to give things a go.

How long are sessions?

Personal training sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Can men train with you too?

Of course. While I specialise in women’s health and longevity, men are always welcome to train with me.
